This link will take you to the Medicare.Gov website, depending on your clients situation you have 4 options in order to sign up. Review them to make sure you send them to the right one.
Here is the paperwork if your insured does not want to use the online option, I highly recommend them use the online option as it much easier and way less hassle.
AOR CHANGES BY CARRIER
Humana: Must call with client on the line and client needs to have a reason for the change. Not an easy process and not guaranteed to change
United Health Care: No change allowed unless writing a NEW plan. Cannot rewrite existing plan.
WellCare: Allowed but requires wet signature on Broker of Record change form found on your WellCare dashboard
Aetna: Call member number on back of ID card. Cannot be agent initiated must be done by proposed client.
